Dale L. Mintz, MPA, CHESDale L. Mintz, MPA, CHES | Executive Director
Dale, a consultant to the Colon Cancer Challenge Foundation (CCCF) since November 2009, was named Executive Director in September 2010. Prior to her appointment, Dale served as Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations for Hadassah and as Hadassah’s first National Director of Women’s Health and Advocacy, raising more than $2 million for Hadassah’s Women’s Health Department programs. She co-edited The Hadassah Jewish Family Book on Health and Wellness, published by Jossey-Bass, a division of Robert C. Wiley. Dale previously worked for the National Hemophilia Foundation and spent eight years as Program Director of the Westchester/Putnam Region of the American Heart Association. Dale was a member of the Steering Committee of the National Colorectal Cancer Roundtable, a Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and American Cancer Society funded public awareness project. Dale is a graduate of SUNY Purchase. She has an MPA in Public Administration from Baruch College of the City of New York and is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). Cindy BorassiCindy R. Borassi has been appointed Manager of Operations and Communications. Prior to her appointment in October, Cindy founded and led r4Women - a women's networking and educational organization. She most recently served as Advertising and Corporate Sponsorship Director at Peekskill Celebration. Cindy developed and ran a successful community outreach and marketing campaign for Celebrat Prior to Peekskill Celebration Cindy served as Development Director for International Executive Serivce Corps (IESC). As Development Director, Cindy was responsible for IESC's Corporate and Private fundraising efforts and focused on building Private-Public Partnerships to leverage existing and cutting edge programs. She provided administrative and strategic oversight for IESC's multi-million dollar fundraising program including, fund development, information management, financial administration and fiscal reporting. Cindy joins Dale Mintz, Executive Director, as part of the CCCF Home Team in the Foundation's new White Plains headquarters. “I look forward to working with Cindy in her new role as we continue our efforts to increase public awareness, support preventtion, screening and research, and build strategic partnerships in the fight against colorectal cancer,” says CCCF President, Dr. Weber. Cindy has spent 15 years working with volunteers and professionals in the non profit world. She is an accomplished Fund/Business Development professional with experience in designing effective marketing and cultivation strategies, developing and leading new programs and business initiatives. Her focus is always on building long-term, win-win relationships.
